Starting May 29, 2025, we're excited to launch our new loyalty program, "GoTo Pass," available at all MyStays Hotel Group locations across Japan!

GoTo Pass is a completely free membership program — no annual fees or registration fees required — designed to make your stay even more comfortable and rewarding.

There are three membership stages: Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
As you move up the stages, you'll enjoy higher point rewards and gain access to exclusive benefits tailored to each level.

Plus, we’re launching our official app at the same time!
Easily check your points balance, manage your reservations, and access exclusive coupons and campaign information — all at your fingertips.

Travel smarter, enjoy more perks, and feel inspired to explore even more destinations with GoTo Pass.
We look forward to accompanying you on your next adventure!12121212121231221
