【Point Granting Rules】
Points you can get: You get points when you book or use services directly with Iconia Hospitality, the GoTo Pass official website or app, by phone, or at the hotel front desk (including walk-ins).
Points you cannot get: You do not get points if you book through travel agencies or other online booking sites. You also do not get points for packages with flights, train tickets, or rental cars sold by other companies.
【Bonus Points and Basic Points】
Membership Stage Bonus Points: Gold members get 0.25% bonus points. Platinum members get 0.5% bonus points.
Official Website Bonus Points: You get extra points when you book through the official website. The amount depends on how much you spend.
Basic Membership Points: You get basic points based on how much you spend. Your total basic points decide your membership stage.

Once you reach the required number of points, your new membership stage will be applied until the end of the following year.
*Bonus points are not counted toward membership stage evaluation. *For members who join in 2025, their membership stage for 2027 will be determined based on the base points earned through December 2026.

*Please note that accommodation packages including airline tickets, JR train tickets, or rental cars are offered by other travel agencies as organized tour packages and are therefore not eligible for point accumulation.
*Reservations made through travel agencies or third-party online booking sites are not eligible for point rewards. Points are awarded only for reservations made via our official website, official app, front desk, or by phone.
